Vineyard Notes

This NOIR COLLECTION Cabernet Sauvignon is made from grapes grown at Michel-Schlumberger vineyard in Dry Creek Valley.  To achieve the optimum expression of flavor, our winemaker selected eight individual barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon and blended in one barrel each of Merlot and Petit Verdot.
